The Knocks – R.O.Y.L.
DJ duo The Knocks released a new EP a little while back, Magic. Featuring some old classics like “Dancing With The DJ” and “Brightside,” as well as a couple new tracks, its songs – and their inevitable remixes – are sure to be found playing at a club near you. And with good reason. B-Roc and JPatt have put out some of the best dance music in the business over the past few years. And when you factor in their solo efforts and their non Knocks affiliated productions – B-Roc, for example, is a major player in his own music company, HeavyRoc Productions – their footprint becomes understandably important.
This track, “R.O.Y.L.,” which stands for “Rest Of Your Life,” falls right in the middle of their KC and the Sunshine Band 80s disco funk type sound. Here’s to that. Check out information about the full-length EP, as well as their upcoming tour, here.
